Based in Perth, Western Australia, we are a grass roots mortgage broking business that believes in putting people first. In this world of AI, ChatGPT and ‘Press 1 for Sales’, we hear you!

The main face behind Mortgages, Money and me is Roni Gors, Business Owner and Principal Mortgage Broker.

How can we help?

We have over 40 lenders on our panel with thousands of products to help you find a loan suitable for your circumstances. Banks can have very different lending criteria so with over 20 years broking experience we know where to look!

Then, our service does not just start and end with placing a loan. We make sure your loan is correctly structured to minimise taxation and to reduce debt as quickly as possible while providing ongoing support to help you stay informed and manage your finances.

Roni has helped us with our initial mortgage 3 years ago and again recently to refinance when our fixed rate expired. 20 years ago I started investing in property using a number of different brokers, not entirely satisfied with their service. Then I found Roni. She is by far more knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient than any of the brokers I’ve previously used. Roni is never far away, and promptly returns all communication. I always feel as though I’m her No. 1 client, and I’m sure her other clients feel the same way. On more than one occasion Roni has contacted me, out-of-the-blue, to advise me that she’s just managed to reduce the interest rate on one, or several, of my loans! I thought a mortgage broker was just about providing a bunch of options from lenders who the broker is little more than a salesperson for. Roni at MM&M was just amazing. Since getting me the best deal by far with my own bank (really) 2 years ago, Roni has twice gone back to the bank and wrangled rate drops for me - without me needing to do anything! I just get an Email saying "I got your rate down lower again, no need to do anything." Truly amazing service.

Roni Gors

While Roni makes her money from, well… money, she lives by the principle that life is more than money!

After all, life is for living and money is the tool that helps do just that.

Apart from running this brokerage for the past 20 years Roni has done this as a single parent and cancer survivor, both of which has contributed to her outlook on life.

Prior to entering the finance broking industry in 2003, she was a Customs Officer, ran an interior design business, a roadhouse, was a farmer, a web designer and worked in accounting and taxation and is a qualified Financial Planner.

Her career as a Finance Broker has drawn on all these previous experiences to provide empathy and understanding to those clients that also have their own stories to tell.

Over the years she has won awards for both residential and commercial lending, and is happiest with her latest, recognition of $250 million in settlements in the past 20 years. To put this into relative terms, this means over 625 successful loans and happy clients.
