She not only made buying my first home a breeze and secured me an excellent rate and loan for someone with a more complex financial set up (contractor/ freelance) but has consistently been there, making sure the bank reduces the rates when possible.   As a first time property buyer with a rocky settlement journey, Roni was there for me from day dot, providing guidance and support on my financial situation before I'd even looked at my first property! Not only this, but after almost 6 months of work to finally settle, she didn't charge me a cent as a SSTUWA member!

Roni went above and beyond just finding the right loan; she answered every one of the hundreds of questions I had with both expertise and empathy. When there were issues with my first buy and I didn't reach settlement, Roni still stuck by me and provided reassurance and continued guidance as my journey continued. She even went so far as to put a pushy salesman in his place on my behalf when he wouldn't take no for an answer!
